PLANNING MODULE

The clear program screen allows for optimal planning of loading and unloading times, including: by taking into account the efficiency of warehouse ramps. The cost of the course is calculated at the time of choosing the carrier: this allows you to choose the carrier based on the lowest contracted rates for a given destination and type of shipment.

Loading and unloading plans can be entered manually or imported automatically into TransFlow from other systems (also in the form of Excel files).

Orders entered into the plan are confirmed with carriers, also using online order confirmation modules, e.g. TransOrder.

DISPATCHER MODULE

The dispatcher monitors the order execution process. It receives the necessary information to organize the traffic of cars on the company’s premises, and the color markings of late cars and cars waiting too long help in quickly taking appropriate actions, which translates into, among others: to reduce costs.

GATE MODULE

The TransFlow system provides information about scheduled routes for a given day and where the company’s vehicles are located.

The employee allows only verified drivers and cars to enter the company premises and records the entry time and departure time of each car in the program.

WAREHOUSE MODULE

Thanks to information about planned loading and unloading as well as cars waiting to enter the parking lot, the warehouse employee can prepare in advance to handle them, thus avoiding excessive loading of ramps and unnecessary car downtime.

The warehouse employee records the start and end time of loading (or unloading). This data is used, among others, to assess the effectiveness of the process.

REPORTS MODULE

The TransFlow system enables the creation of 22 reports used to analyze the efficiency indicators of the logistics process. Data for most of these reports can be selected by the user using filters. This allows you to carry out analyses, e.g. for a selected destination or for a selected carrier within a specific time period.

Reports are generated in the form of Excel files, which allows for further processing and analysis.

TransFlow is a tried and true software for companies of different profiles to manage shipping process and reduce transport costs by following each step of the process in the real time. It can work together with the TransOrder module to confirm the requests with the transport companies. It can also work with similar systems, like: Transwide, Transporeon, OTM.
